JK by Chef King began with two friends — Josh and King — sharing a vision over the kitchens and conversations of London: to create a dining experience unlike anything their future city had ever seen. That dream became a promise, and the promise became a restaurant.
A Chef's Journey Across the World
Chef King Dey trained in London, Paris, New York, Dubai, Tokyo, and Bangkok before bringing Michelin-level craft to Oklahoma City — the first chef of his caliber to do so.
